Lomilomi means the loving touch,
a connection between heart, hand and soul with the Source
of all Life. Hawaiian Lomilomi is an ancient healing
art that has been with the Hawaiian people for as long as
their oral history. It is a healing tradition that uses
many techniques. Besides massage some of these techniques
include heat, hot pohaku (stones), cleansing, topical
herbal therapy to treat skin, muscles, tendons and joints.
The purpose of Lomilomi massage is to revive the
body, to move blood and lymph to open spasms and remove waste
materials from muscles and connective tissue. It also helps
to relieve physical, emotional and mental stress.

manipulations of effleurage or gliding, petrissage or kneading,
vibration, friction and tapotement or percussion. It is beneficial
to all body systems including the circulatory, nervous, skeletal,
muscular, digestive, integumentary (skin), respiratory, and

Russian massage is a blend of therapeutic and sports massage developed in the former Soviet Union. It uses a variety of manipulations of the body's soft tissues to achieve health benefits including stress reduction and relief from muscle aches. Massage was not studied or used scientifically in Russia until 1860 when Russian physiologists defined all functional movements of massage on the basis of neurohormone and neuroendocrine reflexes. Unlike other massage therapies, Russian massage is based on the physiology of a dysfunction rather than on anatomy as the principal guideline for treatment.
Russian Massage is useful for a wide range of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, neurological, gynecological, internal disorders, and in post-surgical situations.
The Traditional Medical Massage of Thailand, more commonly known as Thai Yoga Massage, is one of the world's oldest healing modalities. It originated in India over 2500 years ago during Buddha's lifetime and it is said to be brought to this world by a saint, "Doctor Shivago Komarpahj", a contemporary of the Buddha. With the spread of Buddhism it has found its way to Southeast Asia where, for centuries it was performed by monks as an indigenous Thai medicine.
This interesting massage technique combines the stretching principles and postures of Hatha Yoga with rhythmic motion,
palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines and breath work. Thai Yoga Massage enhances elimination of waste and toxic debris from physical, mental and emotional body and it can be particularly helpful in relieving headaches, migraines, arthritis, whiplash pain, paralysis, numbness, sciatica, back pain and other chronic conditions.
Reflexology is the art and science
of activating body’s own healing forces through
the stimulation of the reflex points on the hands, feet, or
other areas of the body.
Reflexology is a form of compression massage based on the principle
that reflex points in the hands and feet are related to every
organ in the body.
Hot Stone Massage is a massage
technique that uses smooth heated basalt stones which are placed
on specific acupressure points on the body to melt away knots,
tensions and stress.
Hot Stone Massage helps the body to bring oxygen to the muscles
and circulation to the entire body giving an overall sense of
well being.
A Face Massage or Facial Massage may consist
of basic cleansing of the skin and gentle, relaxing massage
movements. Facial massage helps to increase the circulation
of the blood which nourishes the tissues. It can also assist in toning muscles and keeps sebaceous (oil) glands and sudoriferous
(sweat) glands functioning properly.
Full body exfoliation is generally followed by a full body massage.
The exfoliation is done either by using sea salt or with aromatic
bath gel. It helps to exfoliate the dead skin from the body,
improves circulation and allows the skin to breathe properly.
